Background history:

'Momentum' is a dormant tetraploid introduced in 1996 by Emily Olson. More information about Emily Olson's introductions can be found on her website that was last updated in 2011: http://www.ctdaylily.com/Olson07_pg1.html

Momentum is a mid-season bloomer. It has earned the Honorable Mention: 2002 AHS award. It is both pod and pollen fertile with 88 registered children: http://garden.org/plants/parentage/15681/

It is reported to be an outstanding parent but to me it has a muddy color that I don't care for
