I had hundreds of green beetles with orange legs arrive on my lupine devouring the blossoms and mating like crazy. About 3/4 to 1 inch long. I've never seen them before. What are they and what to do??

Very good article on that first link, thanks. I have seen these bugs but did not know what they were.

Sorry to do this. Answer a question with a question. I see the blister beetle in someone's hand. Are they safe to handle?
I prefer to walk in the light, I prefer a world where people want to be kind and bless each other, I prefer a God who loves and shares so much that he gave up his only Son for me. I prefer to choose the God of Abraham. Let there be peace and let it begin with me.
