It grows just like the regular subrotunda and if I remember the story correctly discovered as a seedling in the garden of a hummingbird forum member from Vancouver BC. I will leave her name out. Personally I prefer the regular red-orange flowered original but those kinds of calls are entirely personal.

I grew the red-orange salvia before and really loved it. Hoping Kermit has it available next year.
