Thread OP

I am aware of the affects of black walnut trees on tomato plants. My question is... I am using wood stakes to support the plants as they grow. Some of the stakes may have come from black walnut tree lumber, will they also affect the growth of tomato plants?

Humm, I wouldn't think so but I don't use wooden stakes.
