|This plant is for sure of the family of Fabaceae but i don't know the specific gender. does anyone know it?|

I would say a Trifolium species, but not sure. Is each leaf made up of three leaflets? , it is hard to see on your photos. Your plant seems to have finished blooming and is in the stage of setting seeds.
I read in your other post you're in Italy, so maybe this site could be useful for you for identifying your plants..you can look up per region.
