Does it flower? My first thought was geranium.

The foliage reminds me of creeping buttercup (Ranunculus repens). I see some pale blotches on the leaves. There are some variegated varieties of the buttercup: 'Buttered Popcorn' is one that comes to mind, but on its leaves the variegation is more pronounced.

Looks like buttercup to me too.
