This is one of the wrong bulbs i received. As you can see the buds in the group of 3,the others are turning yellow

It does have a fragrance, but i thought regale was an out to down facing lily. I recall Lorn saying something on a different post that they did make one a few years back that was upfacing though.

Though it does resemble 'Horn of plenty' variety of regale in an old b&d catalog

It could be 'White Planet'. The color of the stigma seems to match and if the bulb you received is of Dutch origin it would be logical to look for something that is common in cultivation there first Smiling

Some of my regale here bloom all together different but more are blooming down but quite a few are facing outwards and some are pointing straight up to open......
so I dunno.........
