Anyone have an idea what's wrong? I've had hail 5 times this year but I noticed it was looking poor before the hail started.

i have some lilies looking like that.. here in the uk.. not sure but i think i let mine get too wet last autumn.

My first thought was that it looks like a bulb that may be rotting, but I'm not an expert on lily health.
