this is neoregelia, but to ID the cultivar will be difficult, as there are so many hybrids and plants are variable based on cultural conditions.

I agree, Neoregelia: Bromeliad (Neoregelia) but difficult to track down an exact cultivar name since so many have the same characteristics. It sure is a beauty though!
