Hi folks! I made a new hosta bed this Spring, and I'm pretty happy with it, but I want to add more plants. Currently in this bed, Hostas 'Guardian Angel', 'June Fever', 'Loyalist', heuchera 'Marvelous Marble', and 'Endless Summer' hydrangeas. What are your favorite companion plants? Any suggestions for me? I'd like to add something around the front edge of the bed to kind of finish it off. Maybe some miniature hostas? I'd love to see other people's photos of hostas with companion plants.

Bleeding hearts (I'd suggest the ones with gold foliage because they look pretty good the whole season)

Too pretty today to be inside playing on the computer, so I'll see if I can send some more suggestions later!

There are a number of mini hostas that grow fast and would make a really good border in front.

'Allan P. McConnell' isn't a mini, but rather is small. But it is fast growing and easy to divide.

'Lemon Frost' (or any of the 'Lemon Lime' family) grow(s) fast and would make good borders. This is 'Lemon Frost'.

Some of the Tiara family would work and I also use a mini that's hard to find now, 'Kifukurin Ko Mame'.
