|The birds ate the seeds on the tassels, I don't know if the corn is pollinated or not.|
Will the corn grow new tassels, or do I need to plant new corn?

|Not sure what you mean by 'ate the seeds on the tassels'. What color were the tassels before being consumed by birds? Not sure but I think (at least in field corn) tassels go dark once used as a conduit for the pollen.|
You could always open an ear and see if there are developing kernels, if so, you should be ok.
Nothing that's been done can ever be changed.
