What kind of temps have you had between the late June and early August pics?
I understand you water your plumerias daily so its not mositure starved. The leaves look nice and green/healthy. How much sun?
Maybe an insect or imbalance of nutrients? Confused

Full sun and indices from 100 F to 115 F for basically six weeks. I have had several varieties with this color-break. This is just the first "red" to splash.
