|Found in KY. White flowering in spring. Woody. Leaves are velvety... Stick to you when trimming. What is it and how far back can I trim it in the fall. It's about 4 feet tall right now.

|Looks like one of the viburnums.
You can cut it pretty hard, but they usually aren't sheared.
Most people wait until after they bloom before pruning... Cut back in autumn, lose the flowers....
