what type of salad would be better to put in the winter?
I'm writing from Tuscany (Italy)
and I would want to know about american Salad to grow in Italy.

Hi Sergio. Welcome to NGA.

If I read the maps correctly, Tuscany covers an area roughly from Florence to the south of Rome, which would put you in zone 9a or 9b

Here are links with suggestions on winter-grown vegetables including salad leafy greens. I hope these are of use to you.
