Monarda aka Bee Balm. There are a few different species but we would need to know location and probably better pics to narrow it down further.

It would appear Visar is in Albania.

The leaves, from what I can see, resemble Origanum vulgare. The stems however look to be quite thick, this might be a variation for the location.
