an unknown plant growing among my flowering tobacco and standing cypress.
And it doesn't resemble any of the usual weeds or plants I am use to , or that are even in the area .

It looks like a Butterfly Bush seedling (Buddleia davidii)

that could be , I do have two , they are both like 15 or 20 feet away from this spot and it did strike me as bush like growth.

I agree , it looked familiar but I just could not put a name to the plant.
