Hi and welcome, Shadia. Well there are three basics that plants need to grow - soil, water and enough sunlight. Some plants live naturally in shade but still need good indirect light to grow. Indoor and outdoor container plants also need you to supply nutrients to the soil since they use up what's in their pot, then can't spread roots out to find their own nutrients.
So, we'll need to start with some questions - are you growing this plant indoors all year round? If so, what is the temperature range where it is growing? Does it get cold at night?
How often do you water the plant?
Is it growing near a window for good natural light?
Are you giving it any fertilizer, and if so what and how much?
In your picture, the plant seems to be a long way down in that pot. Have you slid it out of the pot and checked on the root ball recently? If not, you should do this. If you see a lot of roots going around and around inside the pot, you need to give it a bigger pot and some fresh potting soil.
