Great banner! Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. |

What a beauty of a banner! I have a Kousa Dogwood 'Galzam' and I love it because it blooms a little later than the others. Mine is still relatively small, but am looking forward to the day when it has as many blooms as your banner ![]() Vickie May all your weeds be wildflowers. ~Author Unknown |

@plantmanager Dogwood is a small under story tree that blooms in the forests in the spring throughout the south, and is a favorite in many yards. @blue23rose I hope you enjoy your Kousa for many years. I particularly like the pink dogwoods but haven't been successful in growing one. I am fortunate that a neighbor has one that I can enjoy from afar. Any day you wake up on the sunny side of the grass is a good day. "The moving hand writes and having writ moves on. I have one pink that is a survivor. A large tree limb fell on it and it took awhile to re-establish a top but it hasn't succumbed to the diseases that are causing lots of losses in the Carolinas. They just a such a symbol of spring around here that I would hate to see them go. I love your banner because it reminds me of spring. @Lestv Thank you for the thumb. I am so sorry to hear about the disease in the Carolinas. I grew up in NC and dogwoods were one of my favorites in the spring.
