Just keeping an eye on Matthew. No worries at the moment but it's always scary when you see a 'cane has reached 150 mph.

I really like this guy. He explains everything in terms we can understand, no bull, no scare tactics to get TV ratings, just the facts maam. You can subscribe to his YouTube channel & get notifications in your email. I've never had any spam from subscribing to his channel.

I am a strong believer in the simple fact is that what matters in this life is how we treat others. I think that's what living is all about. Not what I've done in my life but how I've treated others.

Matthew is a storm we really need to keep an eye on! I was so shocked that it reached CAT 4 and then CAT 5 status so quickly!! The next few days are going to be important to monitor that storm.

Thanks for those links Ann, the Youtube video was before it increased to a Category 5. I sure hope he veers to the right and farther out to sea.

You're welcome Lin. I know, he's one scary storm for sure! Yesterday morning they didn't even have it predicted to ever be a major 'cane & then just hours later it WAS! Blinking Blinking We Floridians know that can happen but sheesh!, it's still shocking when it does. Last night I saw they did not have it being a major 'cane after it goes through the Greater Antilles but I see now, they have it revving back up into a major category after it's trek through the Greater Antilles.

I'm feeling so badly for those who are going to get pounded by Matthew on the islands and hoping he ends up a fish storm after that.

It's rather scary for some of us here in Florida when we hear of a storm like that, it must be really frightening for people who live on those low lying islands, with Matthew barreling his way towards them. Crying I'll be keeping everyone in those areas in my thoughts and prayers.

You're welcome Alice. I don't think anyone on the east coast can call themselves safe yet.
