I have 2 Ball Eugina plants, planted at the same time about 3 years ago. One is healthy but the other one is losing its leaves and the stems look black, many of the smaller ones are brittle.
The only difference in the two, is that the sick plant receives full, direct sun for the major part of the day. The healthy one is partially shaded by a large Silver Maple tree.

I have included picture of both and hope someone can shed light on what I need to do to recover my sick tree.
