Larvae of the Spotted Wing Drosophila (SWD) Fruit Fly and/or larvae of the Sap Beetle also called Picnic Beetles (Nitidulidae)

Handpicking the adult beetles and then toss into in a container of soapy water is the most organic way. Keeping the fruit picked and the ground clean of old overripe fruit and dead leaves is also helpful.

I checked the NGA archives but didn't yet find anything specifically for the raspberry worms - I'll look again.
Here are 3 items which may help you to identify and control the pests.
