Got this plant at a wedding about 3 months ago, but it's not flourishing as well as some of the other guests' plants. I'm wondering if you can identify it, and how best to care for it, especially during the coming cold winter months. Should it be kept inside? Watered? Direct sunlight?
Thank you so much for your help!

Welcome!

It looks like a tiny tiny Sempervivum in a really huge pot. I would find a smaller pot (one about half that size) and plant it in soil especially formulated for cactus and succulents. Give it plenty of bright light and don't overwater.

They can be grown outside, depending upon your location.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and proclaiming...."WOW What a Ride!!" -Mark Frost
