Hi Rez, can you give us a little information about this plant; for instance the state or country where it's growing and whether it's a shrub or tree? That might help narrow down an identification.

Hi I saw it in Mexico City. I think it's a euonymus.

It is really pretty but I couldn't find a Euonymus with heavily serrated leaf margins like that. Hopefully someone will recognize it and be able to give an exact ID.
