I have a plumeria plant from Hawaii that is about 5 years old and has never bloomed. It looks like it is ready to, but hasn't done anything for the last few weeks. It has been warm out so I have been putting it outdoors during the day and bringing in at night. I have been feeding bloom booster every other week. Now that it is October they say to stop feeding? I wonder if it will bloom before going dormant?

Not knowing where you are, I can only say stop fertilizing at this time of year, and I don't recommend "bloom booster". My plumies have all bloomed very late this year due to the weather. They are blooming now, and droping their leaves at the same time.
