Plant ID forum: Unknown Plant - Is it Salvia or family of Sage

I saw this plants growing on the side of the road. And having recently read about Patchouli - at first I thought it was - but soon realised it wasn't. Now having looked for info on it... the closest I can get to is Violet Sage and Salvia Blue... but again I am not convinced it is as the leaves look somewhat different.

It's a Plectranthus. I can't see the details enough to be certain of the species but check out Plectranthus neochilus which looks pretty close.
