Haha no I don't have any privy information from any vendors. I'm just guessing (and hoping) on Mood Ring being introduced in 2017 from Keppel and the Stout info came directly from their Facebook page. They posted a picture of over 1000 Burseens planted in their field Hurray!

Sutton's has some awesome seedlings coming up in the next few years. I'm so disappointed that that second Sutton seedling you linked doesn't have enough stock to be released yet Grumbling

Thanks to all for sharing your top 10. I have not been actively looking at iris for the last few years and have missed many gorgeous new ones out there. I know what I will be doing this weekend, looking up pics of all your top 10 and maybe make up a top 10 from there. The problem is I don't know if I can narrow it down to 10! Hilarious! Hilarious!

haha @Barbalee i've been playin monkey's with you! you know 'monkey see monkey do'. ( don't know if that's PC anymore). but i really cannot add anymore than 3 next year, and that's w/getting rid of 3. Hilarious!

with everyone's top ten, my list looks like a bunch of lines. i put a name down, i see one that i like more and the previous one gets crossed off. so far, these have stayed on the list (and will probably change again before it's time to order).

here's my short list:
magnificent masterpiece
captain thunderbolt
louisa's song
by jeeves
lucy lovejoy

i know, i know it's more than three but the latter two may have to wait.

so far, i may have to give up desert moth, tiger play, classic suede, crimson cloud (would really like to trade cc for 'connection') , and comfortable. but have to wait til they bloom to assess whether i want to keep. anyone have the irises listed above? any insights as to vigorousness, color clarity,
pairing, better iris with similar color you might like better?

i know that 'cc' has to go because i think 'connection' is a rebloomer? have to look at the database.

Captain Thunderbolt and it's parent By Jeeves are a quit a bit alike, so if I had limited space I'd only get one of them. CT is prettier, but BJ is a better grower for me here.

I really like Final Destination Gabe. Does that hybridizer have any irises in the US? There are a few that I like from Taylor.

Me thinks a contingency of Mid night Marauders needs to charter a plane for Australia one of these years! Yes? Whistling

I have CT and By JEEVES. By Jeeves is toughy. It was gifted and pulled out twice and is still going. Doubt I'll get a bloom, but there's always the flowing year.

Liz, don't know. I also know and no offense to Rainbow Ridge, but their color schemes lie ALOT. I love this style of iris very much though. Keppel's been posting some like it lately. Makes me want to use Espionage now as a parent plant for crosses..

Agreed! Funny, but they're saying the same with alot of ours. They've been putting out some really different ones lately though.

thanks, @tveguy3. i knew that 'ct' and 'bj' were related, and now i will probably order 'ct' first. then order 'bj' or is that backwards? Hilarious!

anyway, with all the new hybrids coming on market, i may have to book a ticket on the 'midnight marauders' flight to australia. yes!

i have had a few blyths' over the years, and i am more smitten with them with each passing one.

can someone give me an iris name that is a rebloomer, that might look like 'lollyshop'?

I think those midnight marauders need to fly via Melbourne and bring a few local irises with them, such as the ones in my list for example.
