I've been rooting some Brug cuttings for a nursery and had to throw some away as it seemed as if algae had killed them even though they'd started to root. I use the algae preventative in my orchid humidity trays and it works great but I'm not sure it would be good for the cuttings. Appreciate any feedback.

I would check what algaecide is ok to use in ponds that does not kill aquatic plants. Some can kill or harm plants.

Thanks Bob, I'll read the label tomorrow and see what it says.
