Hope you get rain soon. The drought broke here the day after my DH bought a submersible pump and a hosepipe to water some newly laid sods near the edge of the pond. Apparently buying watering equipment works better than a rain dance.

My usual method is to wash the car, haul out a large and unwieldy carpet and shampoo it on the driveway, and then do a massive load of laundry and hang it outside to dry...if that doesn't work, try washing the windows and planning an outdoor party. *LOL*
