You may need to wait for an ID. It looks very small - many cactus change as they mature and flowers are always helpful.

I agree

If I had to hazard a guess I would go with some kind of Ferocactus, but it could easily turn out to be something else completely.

My first thought was Ferocactus but still reserving judgement. Smiling
