I was just trying to upload a photo to a Poppy and received this error message:

Not Found
The requested URL /plants/upload_photo.php?pid=86941 was not found on this server.

Apache/2.2.9 (Fedora) Server at allthingsplants.com Port 80

You're trying to load after clicking on an image. Go back to your plant's main entry and try again.
