I do my photo downloads if I really have to at home using my laptop, by then I am inside our home wifi network, so it is faster and less frustrating. Makes it easier to direct the file to the folder I want it to go.

Usually for my photos on my phone, I upload to a cloud folder, it is easier that way for me. Then when I am ready, then I download from the cloud folder to my laptop at home doing it while on wifi connection.

I don't know what process you are using to upload photos to the website, so it's hard for me to troubleshoot the issue.

It might be timing out. If so, the image you're trying to post might be too large. Or, your network connection is so slow, that it will never be able to finish the upload before it times out. Connecting to wifi somewhere and trying it from there would be a good test.

@Dave. Thank you for your time !
I believe now it is that the connection is to slow. I've noticed when my high speed runs out. It takes longer to send a note or mail. And longer to send picture. And in this case not send it at all ###. Got to quit listening to pandora or upgrade my phone plan 😕😕😕#.
