Hello all...

this is my 1st time so please bare with me.

I have had this plant since around feb 2016 and i have no idea what its called ?...the leaves are pretty thick, so i assume its a cactus family and dont need much care. The stringy bits/tiny flowers like at the end of the leave, has a root and if planted in soil grows back from start. Please advise. Photo attached. Many Thanks...

Hi & welcome!

I think it is this one: Mother of Thousands (Kalanchoe 'Houghtonii')

The bits on the leaf edges are baby plants.
