I grabbed a tiny tiny 3 leaved cutting of this from work last year, and now it's flowering, and it is in the worst soil ever haha, no fertilizer, just coco coir and perlite.

Yes, Plectranthus, possibly Swedish Ivy (Plectranthus verticillatus) Not really an Ivy or related so I'm not sure where it got it's common name. It was a very popular houseplant back in the 1970's but I haven't seen it around in a long while.
