I'm struggling to indentify this plant. The picture is poor which doesn't help. It's taken in the Isle of Wight in a SSSI forest. It's similar to a gorse bush type but it is very long and does not have the usual yellow flowers. Any ideas? Thanks!

It grows a lot in South of Britain.
