Please help me ID this plant. I posted once before, but the buds are now open in.

I want to say Catalpa or Paulownia....
But I wouldn't expect either to bloom as a house plant....

Is this a houseplant...or is it just a branch from a Paulownia tomentosa tree brought inside.?
Calyx look right.
Leaves opposite on stem are correct as well.

Ellen363..it would be very helpful if you could say where in the world you live.
Must be somewhere hot to have flowers coming in November.

It does look like Empress Tree (Paulownia tomentosa) but this plant has leaves and buds/blooms present at the same time; I thought Paulownia bloomed before leafing out in spring?
