Anticipation is surely half of gardening, especially for northern gardeners, because we have such a long cold wait.
The area where that picture is from is all put to bed for the winter along with most of the rest of the gardens. So anticipation begins again........ Maybe after some rest though. Smiling

I was laughing about your reply post. I just moved away from your area (about 10-15 miles) and been trying to cope with leaving behind the gardens. Winter seasons in the north country brings total amnesia of reality and rising expectations of dreaming big for next season. Love your garden post! Hurray!
