I was checking all my plants like I do every day or so and I noticed something strange on my Sedum. It has been beautiful and I noticed that it was droopy. On further inspection I noticed moldy looking spots. What are they and what can I do to get rid of them. Can this affect my other plants? Thanks in advance.

Welcome!

That's a really bad case of aphids. Wash them off with soapy water. Yes, they can spread to other plants.

Welcome! I agree with Daisy, they look like aphids. They will not affect all of your other plants but only those you have, if any, that are susceptible to that particular species of aphid. Unfortunately we can't identify the species of aphid from the picture and there are a few different ones that affect sedums, so it could either be one that is quite specific only to sedums and other plants in the same family, or it could be one that affects several other plants as well.
