Welcome! I don't think it would do well inside. Can I ask why you want to keep it indoors?

All true spruces, which a Dwarf Alberta spruce is, must have a cold winter season to stay healthy. (That's why true spruces won't grow in the southern USA.) It would be likely that it would live through the winter inside, if it didn't become insect infested, but would look quite ugly and probably lose half or more of its needles. Then when summer returns, it won't have the vigor to produce necessary new growth and will slowly continue to go downhill.

Think of the winter season for a spruce as a long rejuvenating rest period = a good night's sleep is for humans. You can survive without sleep, but you don't function well. And the longer you go without sleep the worse off you are.
