Dear Dave/Administrator;

I have been directed to you to try and get an issue resolved that I am having with delivery of "thread" Tree-mails. I discovered this morning that it does not happen with the personal Tree-mails, only the ones in a common thread. That will be helpful, I am sure.

The problem is, that instead of receiving one copy of a Tree-mail thread in my Yahoo inbox, I am receiving 11! Yes- 11 copies of the exact same Tree-mail message. It occurred to me to save them in my N.G.A. folder instead of deleting them like I began to do in the beginning. So I have nearly 30 of them saved, if you should wish me to forward them to you for your perusal.

This is not happening with any other sender in my Yahoo inbox. Therefore, it seems that the issue must be on the other end of the N.G.A. sender. If you could possibly help me with this, Dave, it would be greatly appreciated. It isn't causing any harm, of course. It is just a nuisance. I'm one of those who likes to keep my inbox clean and current.

I will be looking forward to your response (I hope this letter finds its way to you!) I am not yet quite familiar with the proper routing for such a "Tree-mail." (I LOVE IT! TREE-MAIL!)

Thank you for your time and consideration. God Bless You!

You are a party to a group tree mail that has 26 members. Each and every reply to that tree mail will trigger an email notification to you.

You can turn these notifications off by going to your profile (click the person on the top right, then click on Settings) and choose "no" for "Private message e-mail notification?"

Be sure to click on the "Save changes" button at the bottom.

I give and receive a lot of 'thumbs up' on forums. They have accumulated in an exponential manner. While I (and I'm sure others) appreciate the kind words and acknowledgment how do I get rid of the 'thumbs up' in my e.-mail.

I do not want to get rid of my Tree-mail conversations. Only the 'thumbs up.' ones.

Thank you.
