I am having trouble identifying a number of plants. This is one of them. anyone know this? its a hedge. small leaves. red-ish branch.

Shape of leaves look like Spiraea vanhouttei.

it does look very similar to spiraea. the leaf shape, branch color. the leaves is smaller (<1 inch about 2 cm) than an average vanhouttei, but it could be cause by other factors. really appreciate your help. Thank you very much.
