Why? My mustard greens are turning this color too and I bought them from the same store. My other broccoli plants are thriving and they are from diff stores.

Is it mostly on the oldest leaves? If so perhaps nitrogen deficiency, see this picture for comparison.

Are they and the healthy ones all growing under the same soil conditions?

Ohhhhh that looks exactly like my plants! Yeah just the older larger leaves. How do I fix that? The other plants are fine. Just those ones I bought from that one particular store.

Well that's weird bc before I planted them I put a little of banana peel, coffee grounds, and egg shells in the hole

You'd need to give them some nitrogen fertilizer, the stuff you put in the hole probably wouldn't help much and if it's still decomposing could actually "steal" nitrogen from the plants. The fastest fix would be something soluble and readily available like Miracle Gro or an equivalent. If you have a lot of plants you might prefer a granular fertilizer.

Oh ok. I have some miracle grow fertilizer I can use.
I don't know much about this stuff. I didn't know what I put in the hole could be making it worse. That's probably what's happening.
Thanks for the advice. I really appreciate it
