It is 3 years old- bloomed once.
Been fight scale - using alcohol with q-tip; hopefully the pest is gone.
I noticed problems on leaves.

What else can be done for it? It's sitting on east windowsill getting morning sun.

I wouldn't worry too much about that leaf with a hole.
The leaves look a bit floppy, I don't think it gets enough light. I would grow it in full sun, if anyway possible. ( Getting it slowly used to sunshine, so the leaves don't get burned) A plant like this should be in Summer outside.
