Ever since I brought my - if I do say so myself - beautifully pruned citrus indoors, it has gone downhill. first the young shoots started bending downwards and now it's dropping leaves like there's no tomorrow. What should I do?

I've never let it completely dry out so no problem there. The air is pretty dry inside and no direct sunlight can reach it (either the sun is too low or the windows face east/north)
