mystery plants appeared - mature is the red one and green one is younger. i have no idea. in san diego CA

Maybe wait until the plant turns brown, and the seeds turn black....
I collected seeds from the closely related chenopodium alba yesterday, toasted them, added them to the pancakes this morning.... Delicious!
