|I have an eight foot sego palm that is located over gas, water, sewer, electrical and TV lines. I am considering cutting it off one foot below ground level. I hope to prevent regrowth and still be able to plant a shrub or fern later. Need advice!!!

|Ohhh!!!! My !!!😮. No no no !!!
Sell it ! People will pay good money for a tree that size.
Or transplant it. You only need a root ball about twice the size of the stump. 1st for safety. Cut all the fronds off. Put in new home and support with some sticks. If you dont want to sell it give it away.
Your gonna half to dig up all the pups anyways.
Anything i say, could be misrepresented, or wrong.
