Some of my favorite irises are those with blended colors. Show us your favorite color blended irises. I define color blends as those who have 2 or more colors together on the falls or standards, not just a bi-color, or bi-tone. You can show ones you have, or ones on your wish list.

I have many new blended iris (mostly Burseens) that will bloom, hopefully, for the first time in the spring. This thread made me realize how few I had before this year.

My favorite blend is Inner Space:

Touch of Mahogany was a lovely bunch. Think it bloomed itself out though.

Praetorian Guard in the background is a bit of a blend too I realize.

I love my Durham Dream. Didn't think of it.

Burnt Toffee is an older one that I like with color blends.

I really like the historics. One day I'll collect more as some are just as good as newer ones. Most flat and not as tight, but classy and very elegant.

Evolution is my avatar and my only blended. It has such soft colors.

That's a pretty one Celia.

Beacon of Light sure brightens up the garden with blended colors.

I like Burnt Toffee. I've never seen that one before.

The only blends I have are Honey Dripper and Electric Candy.


On my want list is All About Me, which I would describe as a blend with lines and speckles. Splurge is similar.
