Another possibility might be Bittercress.

The Bittercress seems to have many little leaves instead of separate serrated ones - or whatever the proper terms are.

Gosh that sure looks familiar but can't put my finger on it! The first thing that comes to mind is Wild Parsnip or parsley. Thinking biennial which makes a basal rosette the first year and flowers the second.

It surely look like mustard family, a weedy Brassica I guess, can't be sure of species (B nigra, B juncea?), you'll see yellow flower next spring if that's true. Can you pull one out and see the root?, could also help ID'ing, there will be white small turnip/carrot like root (but small) and the smell also mustard like.

I agree with youngia japonica. It's a common winter growing weed around here.
