Welcome!
I don't know why your plant looks like an echeveria to me maybe because it looks so big and the leaves are so far apart from each other.
Anyway, there have been semps that do have bumps; some have them temporarily. I have seen them on seedlings that people have grown but not in a known cultivar. And I have observed bumps on one of my sempervivums, but they are tiny ones. Sorry I can't help with your identification.

It also looks like an Echeveria to me, but I can't ID it.

Once an ID is lost on a sempervivum it will always be a noid do to there habit of changing in diffent seasons. However, my 'Rita Jane' gets those warts in summer.

Hi Heraclio, and a big Welcome! to NGA. So glad you found your way here. Welcome! Welcome!
Like Julia, my 'Rita Jane' has the same type of won it's leaves in the spring. They only seem to be present in the spring before disappearing for the rest of the year.

We would call your wonderful sempervivum a NOID (NoDI), for the reason Julia stated in her above post.

Hope you keep us posted on any changes your semp goes through in the months to come.
