We list a number of Monterey Cypresses in our database:

https://garden.org/plants/sear...

but we don't even have an entry for the cultivar you named. Googling for it returns this thread along with a handful of unhelpful pages.

Assuming nobody else here has any ideas for you, I'd suggest you contact the photographer of the photos you posted as a starting place. The owner of that specimen in the photos may be able to direct you better.

Maybe someone else will know a source for this. But I maintain your best bet will be to try to get that garden in Georgia to propagate it for you. You never know until you ask. Smiling

Flagelliformis is a very old name, dating back more than 100 years. You may well find it under a different name now.
In addition, European and American, Russian(and Georgian) and Chinese botanists often disagree on plant names for the same plant.

For example:

Notice that the description here matches Filiformis and not Flagelliformis. This doesn't necessarily mean that your Botanic Garden has a wrong name. It may be using a naming system different from what others use.

Look also under Dacrydium cupressinum. Obviously, it is a rare plant. Whether it is Cupressus macrocarpa (American) or Dacrydium(Australian), it is going to be a very difficult one for you to find in your part of the world. Sorry I can't help you any further.

I would love to visit your country someday. The wild plants there are wonderful. I was able to grow some lilies from seed collected in Georgia, and I cherish them very much.
