The leaves are starting to turn brown and mushy. Last week, I tried removing the bad leaves, but it appears to have spread to everything now. See picture for more detail.

Its a gonner ! Over watering = rot.
Keep next one dry untill it start to shrivel. Then you have baseline how often to water. Mine inside only get bottom watered every 6 wks.
Dry is good. Wet is baaaddd.
Anything i say, could be misrepresented, or wrong.

Philip is right. It rotted due to overwatering. Does that container have a drainage hole?

Aww poor thing, but I do agree, it is overwatering.

Just toss out and learn from the experience. Less watering during the cold season and when succulents are moved indoors.
